3. Services & Orders

WorldCheapSMM provides social media marketing services including followers, views, likes, and related services. By placing an order:

• You confirm you have permission to use the social media account/link you provide.
• You understand delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on provider availability.
• You accept that some platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) may have their own terms that restrict the purchase of such services — you use our services at your own risk regarding third-party platform policies.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have started processing.

4. Payments & Wallet

• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Minimum deposit is ₹10.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts.
• We do not offer cash refunds for wallet balance.
• Failed or disputed payments must be raised within 7 days with proof (UTR/screenshot).
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Conduct fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Use stolen payment methods
• Place orders for accounts you do not own or have permission to use
• Automate bulk orders without prior approval (use our official API)
• Harass, threaten, or harm any other user or third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform

7. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, you must not use spam, fake referrals, or self-referrals. Violation results in forfeit of all affiliate earnings.

8. API & Reseller Terms

API access requires a minimum wallet balance of ₹500. API keys are personal and must not be shared. Excessive API calls may result in rate limiting. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from social media growth services, as third-party platform algorithms and policies are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

WorldCheapSMM's maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. Wallet balances in terminated accounts due to fraud will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
