Most orders start within 1–10 minutes. If an order is pending for over an hour, open a support ticket inside the panel with your Order ID and our team will check it.
❓ My payment is not reflected — what now?
UPI/UTR payments can take up to 2 hours to confirm. Enter your UTR number in the payment form and submit; your wallet updates automatically once verified.
❓ I submitted the wrong link — can it be fixed?
Contact support immediately via a ticket before delivery starts. Once an order is sent to the provider, the link cannot be changed.
❓ How do I request a refund or refill?
Go to My Orders and use the Cancel or Refill button on the order. Pending orders are refunded to your wallet; see our Refund Policy for full details.
