Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel an Order

You can raise a cancellation request directly from the Orders section inside the panel. Open the order, choose Cancel, and submit the request. Our system reviews it and, if eligible, cancels the order and returns the balance to your wallet.

2. Which Orders Can Be Cancelled

• Pending orders — orders that have not yet started processing are usually eligible for full cancellation.
• Stuck orders — if a provider has not begun delivery within the expected window, the order can be cancelled.
• Partial orders — if delivery stopped midway, the undelivered portion is cancelled and refunded proportionally.

3. Which Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that are already marked Completed.
• Orders that are In Progress and have begun delivery (these are sent to the provider and cannot be reversed once started).
• Orders placed on an incorrect or private link where the issue was on the user's side after delivery began.

4. Cancellation Processing Time

Most cancellation requests are reviewed and processed within minutes. In rare cases involving provider confirmation, it may take a few hours. You can track the request status in your Orders section.

5. How Cancelled Amounts Are Returned

Cancelled and refunded amounts are credited to your WorldCheapSMM wallet balance, which you can immediately use for a new order. Withdrawal of wallet balance is handled separately per our terms.
