Refund Policy

On "Refill" tagged services: if your count drops within 30 days of order completion, we refill for free. Use the Refill button in your Orders section.
1. When Refunds Are Issued
We issue wallet refunds in the following situations:
- Order not started: If your order has status "Pending" and delivery has not started within the expected timeframe (varies by service), you may request a refund.
- Partial delivery: If your order was partially delivered and then cancelled by the provider, you receive a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.
- Wrong link: If you provided an incorrect or inaccessible link, please contact support immediately before delivery starts. We cannot refund orders where delivery has already begun.
- Duplicate orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact support within 1 hour for the duplicate to be cancelled.
- Service unavailable: If a service becomes permanently unavailable after your order is placed, you receive a full wallet refund.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Issued
- Orders where delivery has already started or completed
- Orders where the correct quantity was delivered per the service description
- Natural drop in followers/views after the refill period (30 days) has expired
- Account suspension or banning by the social media platform (this is outside our control)
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Services marked as "Non-Refill" or "No Guarantee"
- Wallet deposits — we do not refund money added to your wallet to your payment method
3. How Refunds Work
All refunds are credited back to your wallet balance — not to your payment method. Wallet balance can be used to place new orders. We do not process cash refunds to bank accounts or UPI.
Refund processing time: 1–24 hours for approved refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Go to My Orders in the panel
- Find the relevant order
- Click Cancel & Refund (if available for that order status)
- Or open a Support Ticket with your Order ID and reason
Our team will review and process within 24 hours.
5. Refill Guarantee Details
Services tagged with 🔄 Refill have a 30-day drop guarantee:
- If your count drops below the delivered amount within 30 days
- Use the Refill button in My Orders
- We refill the dropped amount for free
- Refill is available once per order
- Refill does not restart the 30-day guarantee period
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there was an error with a payment, contact our support team first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be disputed.
